Last year, a research in Italy has found that 2 proteins and key enzymes were the critical elements of the amyloid-beta removal from the brain. The aforementioned components are two of the most important antioxidants of olive oil: oleuropein aglycone and oleocanthal – it reduces the accumulation of b- amloyid protein (associated with Alzheimer Disease).
